Robert J. Windle
Robert J. Windle graduated magna cum laude in 2008 from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law. While there, Mr. Windle achieved distinction both in the classroom and in numerous trial and appellate advocacy competitions, gaining membership into both the Order of the Barrister and the prestigious McNeil Law Society, and receiving the “Exceptional Advocate” Award at the 2007 National White Collar Crime Trial Competition.
Prior to joining Boone Beale, Mr. Windle practiced law at LeClair Ryan, P.C., one of the largest and most well-respected law firms in Virginia. While at LeClair Ryan, Mr. Windle’s practice focused primarily on commercial litigation and personal injury cases from both the plaintiff and defense sides.
Since joining Boone Beale in 2009, Mr. Windle’s practice has focused on criminal defense and personal injury law. His rare combination of work ethic, excellence in the courtroom, and passion for helping people gives Mr. Windle a significant advantage in defending the rights of his clients, and enables him to successfully handle a wide range of cases, from DUIs and other traffic offenses to violent felonies and white collar crimes.
